Cause:

In Safari, make sure that 'Private Browsing...' is not turned on in your browser's main menu. Click Safari in the main menu bar at the top of your browser window. If there's a check mark next to 'Private Browsing...,' select it to disable it.
Also, if the date on your computer isn't correct, please change it to the current date.
