My account has been disabled

To restore access to Gmail, please begin with these steps:

Go to https://mail.google.com
Enter your username and password.
Click Submit.
You'll now see a CAPTCHA (letters in a distorted picture). Enter the letters shown in the CAPTCHA.
Click Submit again.

Did this process allow you to sign in?

Yes
No

Are you using POP or IMAP to access your Gmail messages?

Yes
No

Please sign in via the web interface of Gmail at https://mail.google.com and verify the CAPTCHA (distorted letters) when prompted.

Do you believe your account has been compromised?

Yes
No

Please file a report so that we can investigate.

When we detect unusual Gmail activity, we may temporarily disable access while we investigate. Please wait 24 hours before accessing Gmail again.
