How to configure POP or IMAP access

Configuring POP or IMAP access for your email account is very similar to configuring POP or IMAP access in Gmail.

In addition to the Gmail Help Center, here's what you need to know:

  • Enable POP or IMAP in your Google Apps email account:
    1. Click Settings at the top of any page.
    2. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
    3. Enable POP or IMAP.
    4. Click Save Changes.
  • Any time you're asked for your username during the configuration process in your client, you'll need to enter your full email address (username@your_domain.com).
  • For POP access, refer to the Gmail POP instructions for the incoming and outgoing servers.
  • For IMAP access, refer to the Gmail IMAP instructions for the incoming and outgoing servers.
My settings are correct but it still doesn't work
